Welcome to Indibz. Indibz is a technology platform that enables independent sellers to create and manage their own online stores. Indibz does not act as a buyer, seller, reseller, payment intermediary, or logistics provider, and is not a party to any transactions between users. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Indibz is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to safeguard credentials.

Store owners are responsible for reviewing and configuring all default settings provided within their store dashboard, including but not limited to pricing, shipping, cancellation, refund, tax, and other operational policies. Any default configurations provided by Indibz are for convenience only and may not reflect the specific legal or business requirements of the seller. Store owners must ensure that all settings are accurate, up to date, and compliant with applicable laws. Indibz shall not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or unreviewed default configurations.

Platform Role

Indibz provides only the technology infrastructure that allows users to create stores and connect with customers. Indibz does not control, verify, endorse, or guarantee any listings, products, services, or transactions. All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers, and Indibz is not a party to such transactions.

For Sellers

• You are solely responsible for your store, listings, pricing, inventory, and customer interactions.
• You are responsible for collecting payments, fulfilling orders, shipping products, and handling returns or refunds.
• You must ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including taxation, consumer protection, and product regulations.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate and lawful content on your store.
• You are responsible for reviewing and updating all default platform settings to ensure they align with your business policies and legal requirements.
• You are responsible for maintaining and updating your store’s public pages, including the "About Us" section, to ensure that accurate, complete, and legally compliant information about your business is presented to users.

For Buyers

• You interact and transact directly with sellers at your own discretion.
• You are responsible for reviewing seller policies before making a purchase.
• All payments, shipping, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly between you and the seller.
• Indibz is not responsible for disputes, product quality, delivery issues, or refunds.

User-to-User Transactions

Indibz does not process payments, hold funds, provide escrow services, or act as an agent for any user. Any agreements or disputes arising between users are solely their responsibility.

Indibz provides tools, templates, and default configurations to help sellers set up their stores quickly. These defaults are provided on an "as-is" basis and may not reflect the specific legal, tax, or operational requirements of each business. Store owners are solely responsible for reviewing, modifying, and maintaining their store settings, policies, and content.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that Indibz does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal validity of any default settings. Indibz shall not be liable for any losses, disputes, penalties, or legal consequences arising from reliance on default configurations without proper review or customization.

All platform content, including software, branding, and design, is the property of Indibz. Users retain ownership of their content but grant Indibz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for platform operations. Users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Indibz may charge subscription or service fees for access to its platform. All such fees are non-refundable once paid, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Indibz does not process or control payments between buyers and sellers.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts, to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances, or to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others. Harassment, spamming, and fraudulent activities are strictly forbidden.

Indibz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion if users violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or misuse the platform. Indibz shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or business interruption resulting from such actions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
